Super Bitch (1973)
(aka Mafia Junction, aka Si può Essere più Bastardi dell'ispettore Cliff?)
DIRECTOR: Massimo Dallamano (What Have You Done to Solange?, Colt .38 Special Squad)
STARS: Ivan Rassimov (Inhibition, Spasmo), Stephanie Beacham (Dracula AD 1972), Patricia Hayes (The NeverEnding Story), Ettore Manni (War of the Zombies, The Divine Nymph)
SYNOPSIS: Despite the misleading English re-title and top billed Brit Beacham, the main character is actually "Cliff" played by Ivan Rassimov. He's a shady government agent working undercover in the international crime world including Britain and the US. He befriends drug cartels, mafia families and blackmailers. Beacham is "Joanne", a high class call girl that Cliff falls for. Her boss secretly films politicians having kinky sex with his girls that he uses for blackmail. One of the gangs is run by a ruthless older woman (Patricia Hayes, in a memorable performance) who surrounds herself with a Manson-like cult of devoted followers. Eventually Cliff starts to turn the gangs on each other in an effort to come out on top. There are car chases, lots of shootings and Beacham gets naked numerous times. Look fast for I Spit on Your Grave's Camille Keaton in an unbilled appearance as one of Beacham's call girl pals. With a very memorable score by Riz Ortolani (Cannibal Holocaust, Honey, House By the Edge of the Park). The Italian title translates as "Can You Be More of a Bastard than Inspector Cliff?". WIDESCREEN.
