SYNOPSIS: Quirky 80's horror, sexploitation, sleaze mash-up. The basic plot has a not-so-happily married man looking for some outside action. He decides to rent the title room in the Hollywood Hills from a creepy brother and sister. After the man has sex with a series of hookers and skanky hitchhikers the sibling landlords grab the girls and drain them of their blood like modern day vampires. The brother has a rare blood condition (hence his need for fresh plasma) and the sultry sister is into kinky S&M sex. The film has an overall disturbing feeling to it. Not really gory but it has tons of blood! Plus a good dose of nudity and an early appearance from Linnea Quigley.
