SYNOPSIS: Two low budget War Games / Red Dawn rip-offs.
Terminal Entry: A group of 80's style, tech nerd, teens go to a remote cabin for the weekend to party and play computer games. They hack into a game called 'Terminal Entry'. They start playing around and telling the "Characters" to blow up places and kill people. What they don't realize is that accidentally tapped into a terrorist satellite and all their orders are being carried out in real time! Ultimately, they direct the killers to attack the cabin they're staying in. Luckily, government tough guys like Yaphet Kotto and Edward Albert are chasing the terrorists. But will they get to the teens in time? Some decent action scenes mostly involving Edward Albert and big Paul Smith (in a rare good guy role).
Riding the Edge: After a scientist creates a solar-powered satellite microchip he gets kidnapped by some Middle Eastern terrorists. The scientist's son is a dirt bike riding champ and the one-man rescue team (with some help from sexy Catherine Mary Stewart) out to save him. The government gives him a dirt bike equipped with some high tech stuff like a two-way radio, tracking device and a nitrous booster. Most of the action scenes are motorcycle related in the desert including a showdown with a copter for the climax. More harmless 80's action fun.
