SYNOPSIS: Peter Finch plays a depressed man who is miserable in his marriage to Shelley Winters. She constantly nags and harangues him. By accident, he meets a sexy young, pregnant, hitchhiker played by Linda Hayden. His involvement with her leads him to make some bad decisions. Soon his life is spiraling out of control.
