SYNOPSIS: Wild, confusing, James Bond / Sci-Fi superhero mishmash feature film made from episodes of a Japanese TV series. The plot concerns a group of agents tracking down an evil villain who has developed an un-meltable ice which holds it's form under warm conditions(!). His hideout is inside of a huge iceberg. Spies, action scenes, gunplay, sexy femmes, stiff good guys, a belly dancer, animated laser beams and more. Shockingly cheesy special effects with lots of toy spaceships, boats and helicopters moving in slo-mo ala Godzilla too.
