SYNOPSIS:

This rarity has a "Bond"-type agent using her female assets to help her on missions. The frequent nudity helps smooth over some of the familiar plot points as "Pepper Burns" tries to get to the bottom of a shady syndicate run by the evil asian Madame Chang. Roberta Findlay, director of exploitation and porn classics such as A Woman's Torment and Tenement, was the cinematographer.
