It feels like a James Bond film with a Sci-Fi kick.There are shoot-outs, a man's tongue ripped from his mouth, telekinesis, martial arts in an old warehouse, mind control and a German Shepard named "Caesar" who helps save the day! The main villain is memorable and has a great speech towards the end about humans desire to kill each other. The psychokinetic finale is ground shaking.
