SYNOPSIS: Tom Adams stars once again as secret agent "Charles Vine" in this follow up to The 2nd Best Secret Agent in the Whole Wide World. This sequel has less humor than the first which may be good or bad depending on your taste. Vine is tasked with stealing an airplane prototype while dodging bullets and bedding women. An electrified torture room, truth serum, a British agent dressed in drag and a chase through the London sewer system all fit into the plot.
